There’s a confidence to the homes built by Pacific Projects that comes from two decades in the industry, including years spent working alongside well-known Sydney architects before the team made the move north to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Led by Pari Beazley, that grounding shows in Pacific Projects‘ habit of treating every block, client and brief as its own question to answer, rather than applying a single house style across the board.

That approach means staying close to whichever architect or building designer shaped the brief, whether a client arrives with a fully resolved plan or only a sense of how they want their home to feel. The build is treated as a continuation of that thinking rather than a separate stage, so it never drifts far from the intent behind it. Since 2016, this has produced more than 16 completed homes and renovations, work that spans established local streets on the Sunshine Coast through to sites as remote as K’gari, where getting materials and trades across is its own exercise in planning.
