Talk about creative collaboration! Five of Brisbane\’s coolest bohemian interiors businesses – Coco Rose Interiors, Home Dweller, Lost Lover, Dutch Warehouse and More Than Ever – joined forces with celebrated Queensland photographer Louise Roche from Villa Styling for a photo shoot in a newly renovated farmhouse in Coorparoo. The aim was to showcase the city’s credentials as an interior trendsetter, and the (female) creative talent that resides here – and we think you\’ll agree, the results are stunning!
“It was just such a great opportunity to work with other Brisbane makers and to both learn from and support each other,” says Brook Gossen from More Than Ever.
“It was important to find businesses that were the right fit, to ensure we had a consistent vibe and our products complemented each other in the photo shoot, says Anna Sinclair from Lost Lover. “We wanted the photo shoot to encapsulate our brands; be bohemian inspired, eclectic and fun, with a cohesive natural palette.”
The location is quintessential Queensland in style, too. A soon-to-be-listed farmhouse by Front Porch Properties was chosen as the ideal place for the shoot, not only as it\’s a naturally photogenic space, but so as to showcase the amazing talent of Rachael Turner, the award-winning female builder behind this stunning Coorparoo home.
It\’s a testament to just how impressive our local Queensland design talent really is – and we always love seeing talented women chasing their creative passions, and showing each other support along the way.
