Leighton Ward and the design team from Wood Marble and White are behind the stunning kitchen and bathroom installations in this stunning Gold Coast abode, collaborating with Claire Bell from Look Interiors on the custom designed joinery throughout the home.
“Our client wanted a luxury Hamptons style to the spaces, with a bit of an edge,” says Leighton. “We\’ve designed flawless areas that flow into the home\’s social spaces, with no break in the joinery line in the kitchen – even the door to the basement is concealed into the design to continue this seamless effect.”
The material selection has been kept sophisticated and classic, in keeping with the home\’s interior style. The kitchen island has a Calcutta marble top, sourced by Wood Marble and White from CDK Stone, while the Quantum Quartz Alpine white on the Shaker-style doors and panels has been finished in Dulux Natural White Satin 2pac.
The kitchen is also designed to be a social space. Miele appliances including two integrated fridges and two ovens make cooking and entertaining a breeze, while the custom-made table and chairs in the adjoining dining space are made for stylish feasting.
